袋体织物缝制方式对管袋脱水性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 充填管袋筑坝技术作为新型软基筑坝技术在河口海岸地区得到了广泛应用,其施工速度与充填管袋的脱水速率紧密相关.为探究袋体土工织物的缝制方式对充填管袋脱水速率的影响,利用同种土工织物缝制不同方向的吊袋进行室内吊袋脱水试验,并结合充填管袋在有压充灌时的受力情况,分析了土工织物缝制方式对充填管袋脱水性能的影响.研究结果表明:当土工织物的纬丝方向与吊袋径向一致时,即纬丝应力大于经丝应力时,吊袋的脱水速率更快;结合对充填管袋在有压冲灌时的应力分析得出,当土工织物的纬丝方向与管袋的环向一致时,脱水性能更优. As a new dam construction technology of soft foundation,filling pipe bag dam construction technology has been widely used in estuarine and coastal areas.Its construction speed is closely related to the dewatering rate of filling pipe bag.In order to study the influence of the sewing direction of bag geotextile on the dewatering rate of filling bag under pressure irrigation,the indoor dewatering test of hanging bags in different directions were carried out with the same geotextile sewing in different directions,and the force of the filling bag under pressure was analyzed.The results show that when the weft direction of the geotextile is consistent with the radial direction of the bag,the weft stress is greater than the warp stress,and the dewatering rate of the bag is faster.Combined with the stress analysis of the filling bag under pressure,when the weft direction of the geotextile is consistent with the circumferential direction of the bag,the dewatering performance is better.
