摘要
混凝土帆布是先将配制好的水泥基体材料从三维间隔织物的网孔面灌入,而后用密封胶将网孔面密封,避免水泥基体漏出,最后在三维间隔织物的背面洒水成型的一种复合材料.在硫铝酸盐胶结料中掺入化学处理之后的磷石膏不仅可以得到性能良好的水泥基体材料,还可以充分利用磷石膏.通过试验研究了该水泥基体的体积安定性、凝结时间、抗折、抗压强度和膨胀率,得到了用于混凝土帆布的最佳磷石膏掺量的水泥基体.结果表明:选取磷石膏掺量为30%的配比得到的水泥基体材料具有良好的性能,7d的抗折强度为12MPa以上,抗压强度超过60MPa,相对于净浆硫铝酸盐胶结料试块增强50%左右,并且用该水泥基体制备的混凝土帆布拉伸强度超过6MPa.
Concrete canvas is a kind of composite material.It is firstly filled with prepared cement matrix material from mesh surface of 3D spacer fabric.Then,the mesh surface is sealed with sealant to avoid leakage of cement matrix.Finally,the water is sprayed on the back of 3D spacer fabric.The phosphogypsum treated with sulphoaluminate cement can not only get good cement matrix material but also consume phosphogypsum.The volume stability,setting time,flexural strength,compressive strength and expansion rate of the cement matrix were studied,the cement matrix material with the best content of phosphogypsum for concrete canvas was obtained.The results show that the cement matrix material with the content of phosphogypsum as 30% has good properties.The flexural strength of 7 d can reach more than 12 MPa,and the compressive strength is greater than 60 MPa,which enhances the strength up to 50% in contrast to sulfoaluminate cement.The tensile strength of the concrete canvas prepared with the cement matrix material is over 6MPa.
