摘要
EPC模式下既有建筑节能改造市场运行有效的关键在于ESCO的内在驱动力。从ESCO需求演变规律分析入手,揭示ESCO的既有建筑节能改造行为动机及其演变过程,阐释ESCO既有建筑节能改造的驱动力本质及其实现过程,从ESCO自身、政府及业主关联等3个层面剖析ESCO驱动乏力的致因,奠定既有建筑节能改造市场发展ESCO驱动机理探索基础,为提升ESCO市场驱动力和既有建筑节能改造能动性提供可靠支撑。
The key to the effective operation of existing building energy-saving renovation market under EPC mode is the internal driving force of ESCO.Starting from the analysis of the evolution law of ESCO demand,this paper revealed the motivation and evolution process of ESCO's existing building energy-saving transformation,explained the driving force essence and implementation process of ESCO existing building energy-saving transformation,and analyzed the causes of the lack of ESCO drive from the three aspects of ESCO itself,the government and the owner,so as to lay the foundation for exploring the driving mechanism of ESCO in the development of existing building energy-saving transformation market.It provides reliable support for promoting the market driving force of ESCO and the energy-saving renovation initiative of existing buildings.
