高校校内生活垃圾回收现状调查及规范管理建议——以华中师范大学主校区为例

Analysis on the status quo of domestic waste recycling in colleges and universities and suggestions for standardized management--Taking the main campus of Central China Normal University as an example

随着城市的不断扩张以及居民生活水平的不断提升,我国城市生活垃圾产生量持续上涨,土地占用、环境污染、资源浪费等问题日益严重。党的十九大报告中明确表示“生态文明建设被列入中国特色社会主义的总目标、总任务、总体布局”,这其中显示着党和政府对生态文明建设的重视。高校作为兼具生活性与教育性的特殊场域,是推进生活垃圾分类的重要环节,以华中师范大学主校区为例,综合运用问卷调查法以及访谈法,反映校内生活垃圾回收现状,具体探究现状中存在的问题,并从政府以及学校两方面入手,提出华中师范大学在“双一流”建设环境下有关生活垃圾分类回收的优化建议,并以此为全国各高校管理提供实施参考。

With the continuous expansion of cities and the continuous improvement of residents'living standards,the amount of urban domestic waste generated in our country continues to rise,and the problems of land occupation,environmental pollution,and resource waste are becoming more and more serious.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that"the construction of ecological civilization is included in the overall goals,tasks,and overall layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics",which shows that the party and the government attach importance to the construction of ecological civilization.As a special field with both life and education,colleges and universities contribute a lot to promote the classification of domestic waste.This article will take the main campus of Central China Normal University as an example and takes the combination of questionnaire and interview methods of investigation.It specifically explores the existing problems in the current situation,and starts with the government and the school to put forward the optimization suggestions for the classification and recycling of domestic waste in the"double first-class"construction environment of Central China Normal University,and provides implementation references for the management of universities across the country.
