Chinese reading appreciation plays an important role in the cultivation of students'writing ability.This paper briefly describes the importance of the integration of classic American literature appreciation and Chinese writing ability cultivation,and discusses the strategies for the integration.We should pay attention to stimulate students'reading desire and cultivate their writing enthusiasm;we should pay attention to stimulating students'motivation of"speaking"and strengthen the connection between appreciation and writing;we should also pay attention to using writing to promote appreciation and realize the integration of appreciation and writing.
