摘要
本文采用ICP-OES法对油田水中钠含量进行测定,并对样品分析结果进行不确定度的评定。不确定度来源主要包括重复性测量、玻璃器皿、标准曲线、标准溶液等引入的不确定度分量,在评定过程中发现标准溶液系列的配制和标准曲线拟合的贡献最大。通过各分量合成计算,取包含因子k=2,得出油田水中钠的扩展不确定度。
The sodium in oilfield water was determined by ICP,and the uncertainty of sample was evaluated.Relative uncertainty of each component in the experiment,Including sample repeatability,glassware,standard curve,standard solution etc.The largest contribution was standard series solution dilution and standard curve fitting.By the composition of each component,expanded uncertainty of sodium in water was obtained by coverage factor k of 2.
