高仿真模拟人在麻醉学气管内插管教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨高仿真模拟人在麻醉学气管内插管教学中的应用效果。方法将新疆医科大学麻醉学专业的60名学生随机分为A组和B组,每组30名学生,A组使用高仿真模拟人,B组使用传统的气管插管模具,分析两组学生的操作考核成绩及一次性插管成功率。结果A组学生使用高仿真模拟人进行学习操作考核成绩及一次性插管成功率均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高仿真模拟人在麻醉学教学过程中能够实现逼真的训练情境,尤其在气管内插管教学中占有优势,有效提高了学生的实践操作考核能力,保障了教学质量。 Objective To explore the application effect of high simulation simulator in the teaching of endotracheal intubation in anesthesiology.Methods Sixty students majoring in anesthesiology at Xinjiang Medical University were randomly divided into groups A and B,with 30 students in each group.Group A uses a high-simulation simulator,and group B uses a traditional endotracheal intubation mold.Operation assessment results and success rate of one-time intubation were compared.Results The students in group A used high-simulation manipulators for learning operation assessment and the success rate of one-time intubation were higher than those in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high-simulation simulator can achieve realistic training situations in the teaching of anesthesiology,especially in endotracheal intubation teaching,which effectively improves the students'practical operation assessment ability and guarantees the quality of teaching.
