公开量化考核在手术室管理中的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of Public Quantitative Assessment in Operating Room Management

目的分析在手术室管理过程中实施公开量化考核的有效性。方法该院自2019年1月开始在手术室管理过程中实施公开量化考核管理作为实验组,与2019年1月前在手术室管理中实施的常规考核管理作为参照组展开对比观察,选择手术室护理人员22名及手术室医生共18名进行临床观察,并纳入手术室患者110例进行调查分析,对比两组手术室护理人员的管理效果。结果实验组手术室护理人员的护理满意度、手术室医生满意度评分、护理人员综合素质评分、手术室管理质量评分均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且实验组的护理纠纷或投诉事件发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室管理过程中实施公开量化考核管理的有效性较高,能强化手术室护理人员的综合素养及护理技能,促进手术室护理质量的提高。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of the public quantitative assessment in the management of the operating room.Methods Since January 2019,the hospital has implemented public quantitative assessment management in the operating room management process as the experimental group,and compared with the routine assessment management implemented in the operating room management before January 2019 as the reference group for comparative observation and selection of surgery 22 nurses in the operating room and 18 doctors in the operating room performed clinical observations,and included 110 patients in the operating room for investigation and analysis,and compared the management effects of the two groups of operating room nurses.Results The nursing satisfaction of the nursing staff in the operating room,the satisfaction score of the doctor in the operating room,the comprehensive quality score of the nursing staff,and the management quality score of the operating room in the experimental group were better than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the experimental group of the incidence of nursing disputes or complaints was lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of open quantitative assessment management in the operating room management process is more effective,can strengthen the comprehensive literacy and nursing skills of the nursing staff in the operating room,and promote the improvement of the quality of nursing in the operating room.
