Application Effect of PDCA Cycle in Waste Classification Management in Operating Room

目的探讨应用PDCA循环管理对提高手术室医护人员垃圾分类处置正确率的效果。方法通过PDCA循环管理对手术室医护人员垃圾分类处置情况进行质量持续改进,并将PDCA循环管理应用前后的两组数据进行统计学分析,总结和评价应用效果。结果应用PDCA循环管理前,手术室医护人员垃圾分类处置正确率为56.15%,应用PDCA循环管理后,手术室医护人员垃圾分类处置正确率为89.23%,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用PDCA循环管理能够有效提高手术室医护人员垃圾分类处置的正确率,对预防手术室医院感染的发生、提高手术室医院感染工作质量具有积极的作用。

Objective To explore the effect of applying PDCA cycle management on improving the correct rate of garbage classification and disposal of medical staff in operating rooms.Methods Continuously improve the quality of garbage classification and disposal of medical staff in operating rooms through PDCA cycle management,and statistically analyze the two groups of data before and after the application of PDCA cycle management to summarize and evaluate the application effect.Results Before the application of PDCA circulation management,the correct rate of garbage classification and disposal by medical staff in the operating room was 56.15%.After the application of PDCA circulation management,the correct rate of garbage classification and disposal by medical staff in the operating room was 89.23%,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management can effectively improve the correct rate of garbage classification and disposal of medical staff in operating rooms,and has a positive effect on preventing the occurrence of nosocomial infections in operating rooms and improving the quality of nosocomial infections in operating rooms.
