护理风险管理机制在脑梗塞患者护理质量管理中的应用

Application of Nursing Risk Management Mechanism in Nursing Quality Management of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的分析护理风险管理机制在脑梗塞患者护理质量管理中的应用。方法选取2017年6月—2019年7月该院护理人员24名为研究对象,依据时间前后2017年6月—2018年6月对护理人员进行常规管理为对照组,2018年7月—2019年7月对护理人员进行护理风险管理为观察组,对比两种不同管理方式效果。结果观察组患者护理效果以及护理态度、操作技能等评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者风险事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为脑梗塞护理人员予以护理风险管理可有效控制护理风险,提升护理质量,有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application of nursing risk management mechanism in the nursing quality management of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 24 nursing staff in the hospital from June 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the time,the routine management of nursing staff from June 2017 to June 2018 was used as the control group,from July 2018 to July 2019,the nursing staff was treated as an observation group to compare the effects of two different management methods.Results The scores of nursing effect,nursing attitude and operating skills of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of risk events in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing risk management for nursing staff with cerebral infarction can effectively control nursing risk and improve nursing quality,which has clinical application value.
