“一对一”模式带教在胸外科护理实习生临床带教中的效果评价 被引量:1

Evaluation of the Effect of"One-to-one"Model Teaching in Clinical Teaching for Nursing Interns in Thoracic Surgery

摘要 目的评价一对一模式带教在胸外科护理实习生临床带教中的效果。方法该次实验将以2017年11月—2019年8月间64名在该院实习的胸外科护理实习生作为研究对象。该次实验中的所有护理实习生均为女性,并且实习的时间均是1个月,两组实习生的带教老师水平与文化程度等也比较接近。将其随机分成两组,即接受传统带教的对照组与一对一模式带教的实验组。两组实习生均在接受为期1个月的实习后进行考核。该次实验的参考指标为实习后理论与操作成绩、实习后的就业率与对工作的满意率。结果实验组实习生经过教学后无论是理论成绩还是操作成绩都要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组实习生就业率高于对照组,对于个人工作的满意率87.50%高于对照组56.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胸外科护理实习生的学习过程中,可以积极应用一对一带教模式。一对一模式带教较传统带教方式来说优势显著,能够提高实习生的专业技能,帮助实习生获得更多更满意的工作机会,在未来的胸外科护理实习生临床带教工作中值得更加广泛的应用。 Objective To evaluate the effect of one-to-one model teaching in clinical teaching for nursing interns in thoracic surgery.Methods This experiment will take 64 nursing interns in thoracic surgery who practiced in the hospital from November 2017 to August 2019 as the research objects.All nursing interns in this experiment are women,and the internship time is one month.The level of the teachers and education level of the two groups of interns are also relatively close.They were randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group receiving traditional teaching and the experimental group receiving one-to-one teaching.Both groups of interns were assessed after receiving a one-month internship.As the reference indicators for this experiment,the theoretical and operational results after the internship,the employment rate after the internship and the satisfaction rate for the job.Results The experimental group's interns were higher than the control group in terms of theoretical and operational scores after teaching,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the experimental group's interns employment rate was higher than the control group's,and their personal satisfaction rate was 87.50%higher than 56.25%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the learning process of nursing trainees in thoracic surgery,one-on-one teaching mode can be actively applied.The one-to-one mode of teaching has significant advantages over traditional teaching methods.It can improve the professional skills of interns and help interns get more and more satisfactory job opportunities.It is worthwhile in the future clinical teaching of thoracic surgery nursing interns,with more extensive applications.
