口腔外科麻醉实习带教中行PBL教学法对教学效率的价值研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究口腔外科麻醉实习带教中行PBL教学法对教学效率的价值。方法纳入2018届到该院实习的共40名口腔外科实习生作为研究主体,以“随机单双号”方式分为两组,单号20名采取传统教学法进行麻醉实习带教(对比组),双号20名采取PBL教学法进行麻醉实习带教(研究组),对比教学效果。结果研究组理论知识考试成绩(47.23±2.45)分、实践技能考查成绩(45.46±2.88)分均高于对比组(42.51±2.17)分、(41.33±2.65)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);带教前,两组各项综合能力评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),带教后,研究组各项综合能力评分均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组满意度(100.00%)高于对比组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔外科麻醉实习带教中行PBL教学法,能够帮助实习生更好地掌握理论知识和操作技能,且对教学满意度较高,但是,在实际教学中也存在一些问题,需要加强探索。 Objective To study the effect of PBL teaching method on teaching efficiency in oral surgery anesthesia practice teaching.Methods A total of 40 oral surgery interns who came to the hospital for internship in 2018 were included as the main body of the research.The subjects were divided into two groups by the method of"random odd and even numbers",and 20 single numbers used traditional teaching methods for anesthesia practice teaching(comparison group),20 double numbers adopt PBL teaching method for anesthesia practice teaching(research group),and compare the teaching effect.Results The theoretical knowledge test scores(47.23±2.45)points and practical skills test scores(45.46±2.88)points of the research group were higher than those of the comparison group(42.51±2.17)points and(41.33±2.65)points.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before teaching,there was not statistically significant difference in comprehensive ability scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the comprehensive ability scores of the research group were higher than the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the research group(100.00%)was higher than the comparison group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method in oral surgery anesthesia practice teaching can help trainees better master theoretical knowledge and operational skills,and have a high degree of satisfaction with teaching.However,there are also some problems in actual teaching that need to be explored.
