综合性医院中药房“教与学”带教模式探讨

Discussion on Teaching Mode of"Teaching and Learning"in Traditional Chinese Pharmacy of General Hospital

为培养药学学生的综合能力,以能适应社会工作,综合性医院应加强实施“教与学”的教学模式。带教老师要根据中药房的实际情况,培养学生5种能力,即“处方审核和调配能力”“饮片验收储存能力”“药学服务能力”“人际沟通语言表达能力”及“团队协作能力”,继而提高学生的自主学习能力及分析问题的能力,为今后的工作打下良好的基础。

In order to cultivate the comprehensive abilities of pharmacy students to adapt to social work,general hospitals should strengthen the implementation of the"teaching and learning"teaching model.Teachers should develop five abilities of students based on the actual situation of the Chinese pharmacy,namely"prescription review and deployment ability","prescription storage ability","pharmacy service ability","interpersonal communication language expression ability"and"teamwork""ability",and then improve students'ability to learn independently and analyze problems,laying a good foundation for future work.
