摘要
目的观察PBL-CP联合教学法在康复医学人才培养实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月菏泽第三人民医院康复医学科实习生70名,基于系统抽样法分为两组,对照组(35名)行传统实习带教方法,观察组(35名)行PBL-CP联合教学法,对带教效果进行观察。结果在理论考核成绩总分(康复计划制定、康复功能诊断、功能评估、物理治疗、实施运动疗法要点、康复目标制定)和操作技能成绩总分(物理治疗、功能评估、交流能力、问题判断、解决能力、基本动作)方面,观察组均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在满意度方面,观察组(94.29%)比对照组(74.29%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.285,P=0.022)。结论康复医学人才培养实习带教过程中,PBL-CP联合教学法的应用不仅可以提高考核成绩,同时能够让学生更加满意临床带教方法,值得采纳与推广。
Objective To observe the application effect of PBL-CP combined teaching method in the training of rehabilitation medicine talents.Methods A total of 70 interns in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the Third People's Hospital of Heze City from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups based on the systematic sampling method.The control group(35 people)underwent traditional internship teaching methods,and the observation group(35 people)PBL-CP combined teaching method to observe the teaching effect.Results The total scores of theoretical assessment scores(rehabilitation plan formulation,rehabilitation function diagnosis,functional assessment,physical therapy,implementation of exercise therapy points,recovery goal formulation)and operational skills scores(physical therapy,functional assessment,communication ability,problem judgment,in terms of solving ability and basic movements),the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of satisfaction,the observation group(94.29%)was higher than the control group(74.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.285,P=0.022).Conclusion In the process of training and teaching of rehabilitation medicine talents,the application of PBL-CP combined teaching method can not only improve the assessment results,but also make students more satisfied with the clinical teaching method,which is worthy of adoption and promotion.
