皮损切除+长效止痛剂扇形注射对肛门瘙痒症疾病的治疗效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Skin Lesion Resection+Fan Injection of Long-acting Analgesics on Anal Pruritus Disease

目的分析皮损切除+长效止痛剂扇形注射对肛门瘙痒症疾病的治疗效果。方法在该院患者中方便选取2018年6月—2019年6月共60例肛门瘙痒症患者作为该次研究对象,采用皮损切除+长效止痛剂扇形注射对患者进行治疗,分析患者治疗后的治疗效果和并发症,统计患者对治疗结果的满意度,观察患者治疗3个月后的复发情况,观察患者治疗前后的生活质量,观察患者治疗后的疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果 60例患者治疗后显效50例,有效7例,无效3例,治疗有效率95.00%,治疗效果较好。60例患者治疗后有1例患者出现切口炎症,经干预后痊愈,无严重并发症。患者治疗后非常满意44例,基本满意12例,不满意4例,满意度93.33%,满意度较高。2例患者治疗后复发了肛门瘙痒,复发率3.33%,复发概率较低。患者治疗前生活质量评分(70.3±7.2)分低于治疗后生活质量评分(89.2±8.1)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.500,P<0.05)。患者治疗后的VAS评分为(3.5±1.2)分,患者的疼痛程度较低。结论皮损切除+长效止痛剂扇形注射对肛门瘙痒症患者进行治疗有不错的治疗效果,无严重并发症,复发率低,患者对治疗的满意度较高,可以有效提高患者的生活质量,控制患者的疼痛程度。

Objective To analyze the effect of resection of skin lesions+fan injection of long-acting analgesics on anal pruritus.Methods A total of 60 patients with pruritus anus were conveniently selected from the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019.The patients were treated with skin resection+long-acting analgesic fan injection.The patients were analyzed after treatment.Treatment effect and complications after treatment,statistics of patients'satisfaction with the treatment results,observation of patients'recurrence after 3 months of treatment,observation of patients'quality of life before and after treatment,observation of pain visual analogue scale(VAS)after treatment of patients score.Results After treatment,60 patients showed significant effects in 50 cases,7 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective.The treatment efficiency was 95.00%,and the treatment effect was better.Incision inflammation occurred in 1 patient after treatment in 60 patients,and healed after intervention without serious complications.After treatment,44 patients were very satisfied,12 were basically satisfied,and 4 were dissatisfied.The satisfaction was 93.33%,and the satisfaction was high.Anal itching recurred in 2 patients after treatment,with a recurrence rate of 3.33%and a low probability of recurrence.The quality of life score of the patients before treatment(70.3±7.2)points was lower than that of the patients after treatment(89.2±8.1)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.500,P<0.05).The patient's VAS score after treatment was(3.5±1.2)points,the patient's pain was low.Conclusion Dermatophyte resection+long-acting analgesic fan injection has a good therapeutic effect on patients with pruritus,with no serious complications,low recurrence rate,and high patient satisfaction with treatment,which can effectively improve the patient's quality of life and control of patients'pain.
