支架成形术联合个体化认知疗法干预重度颈动脉狭窄合并对侧颈动脉闭塞患者的临床有效性分析

Analysis of Clinical Effectiveness of Stenting Combined with Individualized Cognitive Therapy in Intervention of Patients with Severe Carotid Artery Stenosis and Contralateral Carotid Artery Occlusion

目的分析对重度颈动脉狭窄合并对侧颈动脉闭塞患者行支架成形术联合个体化认知疗法的临床效果。方法利用随机分组研究法对该次方便选取在2015年1月—2019年12月该院收治的50例患者进行研究,其中对比组患者(n=25)行单一支架成形术治疗,研究组患者(n=25)在支架成形术治疗基础上行个体化认知疗法,对比两组患者最终治疗效果。结果研究组患者术后并发症发生概率16%低于对比组患者术后并发症发生概率44%(χ~2=4.667,P=0.031<0.05);研究组患者手术后临床指标评分以及治疗指导后生存质量明显好于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对重度颈动脉狭窄合并对侧颈动脉闭塞患者行支架成形术联合个体化认知疗法的临床效果显著,患者接受治疗和护理后精神状态得到极大好转。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of stenting combined with individualized cognitive therapy in patients with severe carotid stenosis and contralateral carotid occlusion.Methods The randomized study was conducted on 50 patients admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to December 2019,who were conveniently selected.Patients in the comparison group(n=25)received single stenting therapy,while patients in the study group(n=25)received individualized cognitive therapy on the basis of stenting therapy.The final treatment effects of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 16%lower than that in the control group(44%)(χ2=4.667,P=0.031<0.05);the score of clinical indicators and the quality of life after treatment and guidance in the study group were significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of stenting combined with individualized cognitive therapy in patients with severe carotid stenosis and contralateral carotid occlusion is significant.The patients'mental state is greatly improved after treatment and nursing.
