超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗闭角型青光眼的疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Phacoemulsification Cataract Aspiration for Angle-closure Glaucoma

目的阐述闭角型青光眼患者通过超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗的具体过程,并对其疗效进行探究。方法该研究时间为2017年1月—2019年12月,研究对象方便抽选于该院接受治疗的诊断为闭角型青光眼疾病的患者82例,对其进行随机分组,对照组采取传统切除小梁手术治疗,观察组采取超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗,比对两组临床疗效,同时监测记录各组患者治疗前后眼压、视力、前房深度、房角粘连闭合度变化,另外记录各组患者术后发生并发症的情况,计算总发生概率。结果观察组临床治疗总效果相较对照组更为确切,总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者未经治疗前,各项检查数值大致相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过手术治疗后均出现明显改善,观察组患者术后眼压检测值(12.31±2.65)mmHg明显低于对照组,视力测试值(0.79±0.03)°优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.64、35.52,P<0.05),且前房深度(3.53±0.18)mm相较对照组更大,房角粘连闭合角度(249.02±7.45)°明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=41.84、7.99,P<0.05)。观察组患者术后出现并发症的总概率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论闭角型青光眼患者采用超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗后效果确切,能够明显提高患者视力,降低眼压,安全性高。

Objective This paper describes the specific process of phacoemulsification cataract extraction in the treatment of angle closure glaucoma,and explores its curative effect.Methods The research time from January 2017 to December 2019,the object of study conveniently selected in the hospital for treatment of diagnosis of 82 cases of patients with primary closed-angle glaucoma disease,randomized,control group adopted the traditional excision trabecular surgery,observation group took the treatment of ultrasonic emulsification cataract gettering,compared two groups of clinical curative effect,at the same time monitored records between groups before and after treatment in patients with intraocular pressure,vision changes,anterior chamber depth,adhesion closure corner,the other groups of patients with postoperative adverse event,calculated the total probability.Results The total clinical effect of the observation group was more accurate,and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the two groups of patients with untreated,the check numerical roughly similar,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Significant improvement affter surgery,observation group of patients with postoperative intraocular pressure readings(12.31±2.65)mmHg lower than the control group obviously,eyesight test values(0.79±0.03)°,better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.64,35.52,P<0.05),and anterior chamber depth(3.53±0.18)mm compared with control group,adhesion angle closure(249.02±7.45)°corner significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=41.84,7.99,P<0.05).The total probability of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The results of phacoemulsification cataract extraction in the treatment of angle closure glaucoma are accurate,which can significantly improve the vision of patients,reduce intraocular pressure,and have high safety.
