摘要
目的探索磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿心肌损害的临床效果。方法方便选择2017年6月—2019年12月该院捻花辞的120例心肌损害患儿为试验对象,选择抓阄随机法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用1,6二磷酸果糖治疗,观察组采用磷酸肌酸钠治疗,随后对比两组c TnI(肌钙蛋白)、CK-MB(肌酸激酶同工酶)、CK(肌酸激酶)、LDH(乳酸脱氢酶)、总有效率、LVEF(左室射血分数)、 QTmin(最小QT间期)、QTd(QT离散度)、QTmax(最大QT间期)。结果治疗后观察组CK-MB(48.07±2.53)U/L、CK(321.45±7.13)U/L、LDH(235.31±8.41)U/L、c TnI(0.11±0.03)μg/L、LVEF(52.63±5.29)%、 QTd(57.15±4.17)ms、QTmin(359.85±16.35)ms、QTmax(416.39±19.86)ms、总有效率(96.67%)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=26.397、74.236、81.236、5.377、27.896、32.875、59.685、14.204,χ~2=15.360,P<0.05)。结论对心肌损害新生儿实施磷酸肌酸钠治疗效果显著,能够改善心肌酶指标,恢复心功能,获取满意治疗效果。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of creatine phosphate treatment on neonatal myocardial damage.Methods From June 2017 to December 2019,children with myocardial damage admitted to the hospital were selected as experimental subjects,randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 60 cases in each group.The fructose 1,6 diphosphate was used in control group,the creatine phosphate sodium was used in the observation group.And then cTnI(troponin),CK-MB(creatine kinase isoenzyme),CK(creatine kinase),LDH(lactate dehydrogenase),total effective rate,LVEF(left ventricular ejection fraction),QTmin(minimum QT interval),QTd(QT dispersion),QTmax(maximum QT interval)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment Observation group ck-mb(48.07±2.53)U/L,CK(321.45±7.13)U/L,LDH(235.31±8.41)U/L,cTnI(0.11±0.03)μg/L,LVEF(52.63±5.29)%,QTd(57.15±4.17)ms,QTmin(359.85±16.35)ms,QTmax(416.39±19.86)ms,total effective rate(96.67%)were better than the control group(t=26.397、74.236、81.236、5.377、27.896、32.875、59.685、14.204,χ2=15.360,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of sodium creatine phosphate in the treatment of neonatal myocardial damage is significant.It can improve the index of myocardial enzyme,restore the cardiac function and obtain satisfactory treatment effect.
