对急性上消化道出血患者进行舒适护理的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Comfortable Nursing in Patients with Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的评价对急性上消化道出血患者进行舒适护理的效果。方法随机选取该院2018年12月—2019年12月收治的急性上消化道出血患者中,随机选取84例作为样本,随机分组,每组42例,均给予药物止血,针对原发病给予保守治疗,保守治疗无效者考虑行外科手术止血。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施舒适护理。观察两组患者的舒适度评分、护理效果、满意度。结果对比观察组生理、心理及环境舒适度分别(8.6±0.3)分、(9.5±0.4)分及(9.2±0.5)分,对照组生理、心理及环境舒适度分别(5.1±0.9)分、(6.0±0.4)分及(6.5±0.2)分,差异有统计学意义(t=23.910、40.098、32.493,P<0.05);对比观察组止血成功率100.0%、护理风险占2.4%,对照组止血成功率83.3%、护理风险占19.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.610、4.480,P<0.05);对比观察组入院、住院、出院满意度分别(94.6±3.0)分、(95.3±2.8)分及(94.7±3.6)分,对照组入院、住院、出院满意度分别(81.1±2.0)分、(80.7±1.9)分及(83.6±2.1)分,差异有统计学意义(t=24.265、27.962、17.260,P<0.05)。结论实施舒适护理,有助于提高急性上消化道出血患者的止血成功率,提升舒适度与满意度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of comfortable nursing for patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods Among the patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted in the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019,84 cases were randomly selected as samples,randomly grouped,both groups were 42 cases and given drug hemostasis,conservative treatment for the primary disease,conservative treatment was ineffective to consider surgery to stop bleeding.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the observation group carried out comfortable nursing.Observe the comfort score,nursing effect,satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results The physical(8.6±0.3)points,psychological(9.5±0.4)points and environmental comfort(9.5±0.4)points of the observation group was higher than them of the control group(5.1±0.9)points,(6.0±0.4)points and(6.5±0.2)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=23.910,40.098,32.493,P<0.05);compared with the observation group,the hemostatic success rate was 100.0%and nursing risk was 2.4%,while the control group,was 83.3%and 19.0%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.610,4.480,P<0.05);The admission,hospitalization and discharge satisfaction of the observation group were(94.6±3.0)points,(95.3±2.8)points and(94.7±3.6)points,was higher than them of the control group(81.1±2.0)points,(80.7±1.9)points and(83.6±2.1)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=24.265,27.962,17.260,P<0.05).Conclusion It is helpful to improve the success rate of hemostasis and comfort and satisfaction of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
