护理干预血液透析动静脉内瘘血管瘤样扩张患者的效果评估

Evaluation of the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Patients with Hemodialysis Arteriovenous Fistula Angioma-like Expansion

目的研究血液透析动静脉内瘘血管瘤样扩张患者的护理效果。方法便利收集2018年7月—2019年12月在该院接受血液透析治疗的动静脉内瘘血管瘤样扩张病例共40例,对比分析患者总体的护理效果以及护理前后患者的护理满意度评分和心理状态。结果该组病例护理6个月后患者瘤体体积缩小至(1.0~1.5)cm×(1.0~1.5)cm×(0.9~1.2)cm,穿刺点止血时间明显缩短,显示护理有效;与干预前相比,干预后患者满意度评分(8.64±0.78)分明显升高,差异有统计学意义(t=23.128,P<0.05);干预后患者的焦虑评分(36.43±2.23)分、抑郁评分(40.58±3.41)分均降低,差异有统计学意义(t=16.236、9.123,P<0.05)。结论全面细致的护理干预能有效缩小血液透析动静脉内瘘血管瘤样扩张患者的瘤体体积,提高患者的护理满意度,改善患者的焦虑和抑郁负面情绪,有利于患者的健康状况。

Objective To study the nursing effect of hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula hemangiomatoid dilatation.Methods A total of 40 cases of arteriovenous fistula hemangiomatoid dilatation receiving hemodialysis treatment in the hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were convenient collected,and the overall nursing effect,nursing satisfaction score and psychological state of the patients before and after nursing were compared and analyzed.Results After 6 months of nursing,the tumor volume of the patients was reduced to(1.0~1.5)cm×(1.0~1.5)cm×(0.9~1.2)cm,and the hemostasis time at the puncture point was significantly shortened,indicating effective nursing.Compared with before the intervention,the satisfaction score of the patients after the intervention(8.64±0.78)points was significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(t=23.128,P<0.05).After intervention,anxiety score of(36.43±2.23)points and depression score of(40.58±3.41)points were reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(t=16.236,9.123,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive and meticulous nursing intervention can effectively reduce the tumor volume of hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula hemangiomatoid dilatation,improve the patient's nursing satisfaction,improve the patient's anxiety and depression negative emotions,is conducive to the patient's health.
