快速康复外科在膀胱全切肠代膀胱术的运用

Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery in Total Cystectomy and Intestinal Replacement of Bladder

目的探究快速康复外科在膀胱全切肠代膀胱术的运用。方法方便选取该院2017年9—11月收治的48例行膀胱全切肠代膀胱术患者为研究对象,将其随机均分为两组,每组24例。对照组给予围术期护理方案,观察组给予快速康复外科护理方案。对比两组患者临床指标、满意度情况。结果观察组首次排气(2.97±0.52)d、排便时间(3.16±0.71)d、进食时间(51.37±3.42)h及住院时间(9.87±1.23)d均明显短于对照组,住院费用(4.20±0.32)万元、总体满意度(95.83%)明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.811、3.831、15.869、5.761、4.525,χ~2=4.923,P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理方案能够明显提升膀胱全切肠代膀胱术患者的临床护理效果,降低其术后并发症的发生率,缩短患者住院时间,减轻患者生理、心理负担以及经济压力,有利于提高患者术后应激创伤的恢复能力。

Objective To explore the application of rapid recovery surgery in total cystectomy instead of cystectomy.Methods Convenient selection 48 patients admitted to the hospital from September to November 2017 who underwent total cystectomy instead of cystectomy were randomly divided into two groups,with 24 patients in each group.The control group was given perioperative nursing program,and the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing program.clinical indicators and satistaction were compared between the two groups.Results First exhaust results observation group(2.97±0.52)d,defecation time(3.16±0.71)d,eating time(51.37±3.42)h and length of hospital stay(9.87±1.23)d were significantly shorter than the control group,the hospitalization cost(4.20±0.32)ten thousand yuan,the overall satisfaction(95.83%)was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.811,3.831,15.869,5.761,4.525,χ2=4.923,P<0.05).Conclusion rapid rehabilitation nursing plan can obviously improve the bladder full cut im generation bladder surgery in patients with clinical nursing effect,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten in-hospital time,reduce the patients'physiological,psychological burden and economic pressure,to improve the recovery of patients with postoperative traumatic stress ability,is worth reference.
