临床路径结合基于问题式学习教学在重症医学科实习护士培训中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨重症医学科实习护士培训应用临床路径结合基于问题式教学模式的作用。方法选取84名在2018年2月—2019年11月期间来该院重症科的实习护士作为研究对象,根据教学方法将84名实习护士分为研究组(n=42)与对照组(n=42),对照组采用常规教学模式教学,研究组采用临床路径结合基于问题式教学模式教学,对比对照组与研究组实习护士综合考核成绩以及教学满意度。结果研究组理论考核成绩(92.68±3.11)分、临床技能考核成绩(91.51±4.05)分均高于对照组(t=7.103、12.139,P<0.05),研究组实习护士教学满意度97.62%高于对照组76.19%(χ^(2)=8.473,P<0.05)。结论重症医学科实习护士应用临床路径结合基于问题式教学模式,可以有效提高实习护士对学习的兴趣,可以提高实习护士综合考核成绩,提高护理教学满意度,具有使用价值。 Objective To explore the role of the application of clinical pathways in the training of practical nurses in intensive care medicine combined with problem-based teaching mode.Methods Select 84 cases of intern nurses who came to the hospital's intensive care department from February 2018 to November 2019 as the research objects.According to the teaching method,84 intern nurses were divided into research group(n=42)and control group(n=42).The control group adopted conventional teaching mode,and the research group adopted clinical path combined with problem-based teaching mode to compare the comprehensive assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the practice nurses in the control group and the research group.Results The scores of theoretical assessment(92.68±3.11)points and clinical skills assessment(91.51±4.05)points of the research group were higher than those of the control group(t=7.103,12.139,P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the practice nurses in the research group was 97.62%higher than the control group 76.19%(χ^(2)=8.473,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical pathways and problem-based teaching model to practice nurses in intensive care medicine can effectively increase the interest of practice nurses in learning,improve the comprehensive assessment performance of practice nurses,and increase the satisfaction of nursing teaching.It has practical value.
