目标管理与量化绩效考核在头颈外科护士管理决策中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的对头颈外科护士的管理决策中实施目标管理和量化绩效考核的应用效果进行分析研究。方法选取2017年8月—2019年10月该院头颈外科工作的48名护理人员,随机分为常规组和试验组,各24名。常规组传统护理管理,试验组实施目标管理和量化绩效考核制度,比较护理人员对于管理制度的满意度及实施前后护理质量。结果试验组对管理制度总满意度95.83%明显高于常规组75.00%(P<0.05),试验组护理质量操作技术(92.38±3.42)分、护理服务(94.52±3.78)分、文书书写(92.43±3.45)分、业务能力(93.43±3.28)分、基础护理(93.53±3.31)分及高级护理评分(94.32±3.26)分明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论头颈外科护士管理决策中实施目标管理联合量化绩效考核,可有效提高护理服务质量,提高护理满意度,提升护理人员的专业素养,值得推广应用。 Objective To analyze and study the application effects of target management and quantitative performance assessment in the management decision-making of head and neck surgery nurses.Methods A total of 48 nursing staff who worked in head and neck surgery in the hospital from August 2017 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a routine group and a test group,with 24 in each group.The routine group adopted traditional nursing management,and the test group implemented target management and quantitative performance appraisal system to compare the satisfaction of nursing staff with the management system and the quality of care before and after implementation.Results The test group’s overall satisfaction with the management system was 95.83%significantly higher than the routine group’s 75.00%(P<0.05).The test group’s nursing quality operation skills(92.38±3.42)points,nursing services(94.52±3.78)points,and writing(92.43±3.45)points,professional ability(93.43±3.28)points,basic nursing(93.53±3.31)points,and advanced nursing score(94.32±3.26)points were significantly better than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of objective management combined with quantitative performance assessment in the management and decision-making of head and neck surgery nurses can effectively improve the quality of nursing service,increase nursing satisfaction,and enhance the professionalism of nursing staff.It is worthy of promotion and application.
