情景模拟在骨与软组织科护理安全管理中的应用价值

Application Value of Scenario Simulation in Nursing Safety Management of Bone and Soft Tissue Department

目的探讨情景模拟在骨与软组织科护理安全管理中的应用价值。方法选取2017年2月—2019年8月该院骨软组织科的40名护理人员,随机分为实验组和参照组,各20名。同时选取同期骨软组织科患者66例,随机分为A组和B组,实验组负责A组护理工作,参照组负责B组护理工作。参照组护士行常规护理培训,实验组护士行情景模拟护理培训。对比两组护理人员培训前后工作质量和患者护理满意度。结果培训后,实验组护理人员理论知识(92.3±4.3)分、护理技巧(46.2±3.1)分及操作技能(45.9±3.5)分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组患者护理满意度93.94%高于B组75.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨与软组织科临床护理培训中行安全管理情景模拟培训效果明显,提升护理质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the value of scenario simulation in the nursing safety management of bone and soft tissue department.Methods From February 2017 to August 2019,40 nursing staff in the Department of Osteo-Soft Tissue in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and reference group,20 in each group.At the same time,66 patients in the department of bone and soft tissue were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B.The experimental group was responsible for the nursing work of group A,and the reference group was responsible for nursing work of group B.Nurses in the reference group received routine nursing training,and nurses in the experimental group received simulated nursing training.The work quality and patient care satisfaction of the two groups of nursing staff before and after training were compared.Results After training,the scores of theoretical knowledge(92.3±4.3)points,nursing skills(46.2±3.1)points and operational skills(45.9±3.5)points of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the patients in group A were satisfied with their nursing care degree of 93.94%was higher than that of group B,75.76%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing training of bone and soft tissue department,the safety management scenario simulation training effect is obvious,which can improve the quality of nursing and improve nursing satisfaction.
