目标管理联合护士分层管理在头颈外科护理管理中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析目标管理联合护士分层管理在头颈外科护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2018年8月—2019年6月该院头颈外科40名护士作为研究对象,按随机法将护士分为观察组与对照组,每组20名。观察组实施目标管理联合护士分层管理,对照组实施常规护理,对比观察两组护理质量情况、护士满意度和护理管理事件发生情况。结果观察组护理质量中基础护理(89.68±3.63)分、护理安全(87.14±3.12)分、病房管理(94.27±0.99)分和护理文书(90.24±1.24)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护士满意度95.00%高于对照组60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护理管理事件发生率5.00%低于对照组45.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头颈外科护理管理中应用目标管理联合护士分层管理,可明显改善护士满意度,降低护理管理事件发生率,提升护理质量。 Objective To analyze the application value of goal management combined with nurses'hierarchical management in head and neck surgery nursing management.Methods From August 2018 to June 2019,40 nurses from the hospital were selected as research subjects.The nurses were divided into observation group and control group according to the random method,with 20 people in each group.The observation group implemented target management combined with nurses'hierarchical management,and the control group implemented routine nursing.The two groups were compared and observed the nursing quality,nurse satisfaction and nursing management events.Results The basic nursing(89.68±3.63)points,the nursing safety(87.14±3.12)points,the ward management(94.27±0.99)points and the nursing documents(90.24±1.24)points of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),95.00%of nurses'satisfaction in observation group was higher than 60.00%in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the incidence of nursing management events in observation group was 5.00%lower than 45.00%in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of goal management combined with nurses'hierarchical management in head and neck surgery nursing management can significantly improve nurse satisfaction,reduce the incidence of nursing management incidents,and improve nursing quality.
