探究精细化管理在眼科病房医院感染控制管理中的应用

Exploring the Application of Refined Management in Hospital Infection Control Management in Ophthalmology Wards

目的研究精细化管理模式在眼科病房医院感染控制管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月对该院眼科住院患者及护理人员为研究对象按照该次管理方式将其分为参照组、实验组,分别为53例患者,27名护理人员,统计两组护理人员护理质量、医院感染防控方面及管理满意度。结果实验组医院感染防控能力、差错防范意识、自我监管能力等指标评分较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=12.839、18.869、15.429、17.586、12.825、21.346,P<0.05);实验组无菌用品、物体表面、手卫生、病房空气检验合格率、医院感染发生率、管理满意度分别优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.371、4.970、5.247、3.035、4.867、5.506,P<0.05)。结论精细化管理模式能够规范眼科病房流程,提升整体管理质量,可为医院感染防控中起到重要作用。

Objective To study the application effect of refined management model in hospital infection control management in ophthalmology ward.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,the ophthalmology inpatients and nursing staff in the hospital were selected and divided into a reference group and an experimental group according to this management method,with 53 patients and 27 nurses in each group.The nursing quality of the two groups of nursing staff and the hospital infection prevention and control and management satisfaction were counted.Results The index scores of the experimental group's nosocomial infection prevention and control ability,error prevention awareness,and self-regulation ability were higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.839,18.869,15.429,17.586,12.825,21.346,P<0.05);the experimental group was sterile supplies,object surface,hand hygiene,ward air inspection pass rate,hospital infection rate,and management satisfaction were better than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.371,4.970,5.247,3.035,4.867,5.506,P<0.05).Conclusion The refined management model can standardize the eye ward process and improve the overall management quality,which can play an important role in the prevention and control of hospital infections.
