护士分层管理对乳腺外科护理质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Nurses'Hierarchical Management on Nursing Quality of Breast Surgery

目的观察在护士分层管理对乳腺外科护理质量的影响。方法选择2017年7月—2018年6月该院乳腺外科护士22名作为对照组,选择2018年7月—2019年6月该院乳腺外科护士22名作为研究组,对照组实施常规护理管理,研究组实施护士分层管理模式。分析两组护士护理质量、专业技术水平、过失行为发生情况和护理管理满意度。结果研究组护士过失行为发生率4.55%显著低于对照组36.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组护理质量(88.65±4.82)分、操作技能评分(89.43±5.14)分、理论知识评分(91.52±3.75)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组护理管理满意度95.45%明显高于对照组59.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺外科实施护士分层管理可有效提升护理管理质量和护理人员专业技术水平,降低护理过失行为发生率,提高护理管理满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of the nursing quality of breast surgery in the nurses'stratified management.Methods The study selected 22 breast surgery nurses in the hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 as the control group,and 22 breast surgery nurses in the hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 as the study group.The control group performed routine nursing management;the study group implemented a hierarchical management model for nurses.Analyze the nursing quality,professional skill level,negligent behavior occurrence and nursing management satisfaction of the two groups of nurses.Results The incidence of negligent behavior among nurses in the study group was 4.55%,which was significantly lower than 36.36%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality of the study group was scored(88.65±4.82)points,operating skills score(89.43±5.14)points,and theoretical knowledge score(91.52±3.75)points were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the nursing management satisfaction of the study group was 95.45%significantly higher than that of the control group 59.09%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical management of nurses in breast surgery can effectively improve the quality of nursing management and the professional skills of nursing staff,reduce the incidence of nursing negligence,and improve nursing management satisfaction.
