6S管理模式在内分泌科护理管理中的应用研究

Application Research of 6S Management Model in Nursing Management of Endocrinology Department

目的针对内分泌科在护理管理中实施6S管理模式的整体效果。方法研究资料为选取在2017年12月—2019年12月该院内分泌科的34名医护人员,采用双盲法分为两组,各17名;分别在护理管理中实施普通管理模式(常规组)和6S管理模式(实验组),对比分析6S管理模式在内分泌科的应用效果。结果实施不同管理模式后实验组的药品管理、仪器设备、服务态度和护理安全等护理质量评分均显著高于常规组,且常规组满意度(64.70%)低于实验组满意度(100.00%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论6S管理模式的效果显著,其可以有效提高内分泌患者的满意度,也可以整体提高内分泌科的护理质量。

Objective To aim at the overall effect of implementing the 6S management model in the nursing management of the endocrinology department.Methods The research data were selected from 34 nursing staff from the Department of Endocrinology in the hospital from December 2017 to December 2019.They were divided into two groups by double-blind method,with 17 nnrsing staff in each group.Common management models were implemented in nursing management(conventional group)and 6S management mode(experimental group),comparative analysis of the application effect of 6S management mode in endocrinology.Results After the implementation of different management models,the experimental group's nursing quality scores such as drug management,equipment,service attitude and nursing safety were significantly higher than those of the conventional group,and the satisfaction of the conventional group(64.70%)was lower than the satisfaction of the experimental group(100.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 6S management model has a significant effect.It can effectively improve the satisfaction of endocrine patients and also improve the overall quality of care in the endocrinology department.
