“品管圈”在药剂科药品安全质量管理中的应用

目的探讨“品管圈”在药剂科药品安全质量管理中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1—6月该院药剂科实施品管圈管理后,发生的处方调剂差错等事件情况。在药方选出6名人员组成“品管圈”,推荐圈长确定圈人数,通过自由发言总结药剂科所存在的各类实施差错问题,按问题急需解决的先后顺序挑选出在药剂科中目前最需解决的问题,确定该次品管圈管理的主题之后,再确定为期半年的品管时间,为2019年1—6月。制定目标值,比较实施品管圈后药剂科各类实施差错事件改善情况。结果现况值为12.52,圈能力值为67.6%,改善重点为71.45%,目标值为6.47。对药剂科实施品管圈管理后,药品品种差错下降比例为64.56%、数量差错下降比例为63.09%、标签差错下降比例为76.24%、用法用量差错事件下降比例为77.36%,上述事件明显的改善,总的差错事件降低了62.56%。结论在医院药方开展品管圈管理模式可提升医院药剂科安全质量管理能力,可降低或避免实施差错的发生概率,适宜在医院各科室部门推行品管圈管理模式。

Objective To explore the application effect of"quality control circle"in drug safety and quality management in pharmacy.Methods Select the incidents of prescription dispensing errors that occurred after the implementation of quality control circle management in the pharmacy department of the hospital from January to June 2019.6 people are selected from the prescription to form a"quality control circle",the circle length is recommended to determine the number of circle,and various implementation errors in the pharmacy department are summarized through free speech,and the problems are selected in the pharmacy department in the order of urgent need to be solved.The problem that needs to be solved most is that after determining the theme of this quality control circle management,a half-year quality control period is determined from January to June 2019.Develop target values and compare the improvement of various implementation errors in the Pharmacy Department after the implementation of the quality control circle.Results The current status value was 12.52,the circle ability value was 67.6%,the improvement focus was 71.45%,and the target value was 6.47.After the implementation of quality control circle management in the Pharmacy Department,the percentage of drug product errors decreased by 64.56%,quantity errors decreased by 63.09%,label errors decreased by 76.24%,usage and dosage errors decreased by 77.36%,and the above events have been significantly improved,the total error event had been reduced by 62.56%.Conclusion The implementation of the quality control circle management model in hospital prescriptions can improve the safety and quality management capabilities of the hospital pharmacy department,and can reduce or avoid the probability of implementation errors.It is suitable to implement the quality control circle management model in various departments of the hospital.
