传统教学与情景模拟教学在血液净化护理实习教学中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究在血液净化护理实习教学中应用传统教学与情景模拟教学的价值。方法选取2018年4月—2019年9月该科60名实习护生作为研究对象,选用双盲法随机分为参照组和研究组,各30名。其中参照组实习护生行传统教学方法,研究组实习护生行情景模拟教学法,对比两组实习护生出科考核成绩和对临床带教工作的评价。结果研究组出科操作考试成绩(87.3±3.7)分和理论考试成绩(85.4±3.5)分明显均高于参照组(P<0.05),研究组实习护生对能激发学习兴趣96.67%、扩宽知识面93.33%、促进知识全面掌握93.33%、基础操作能力提升90.00%、促进自主学习能力提升93.33%和提升临床沟通能力96.67%均高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论血液净化中心护理实习教学中应用情景模拟教学能够提升护生对血液净化理论知识的理解与实践操作的认知,提升实习护生对临床带教工作的满意度。 Objective To study the value of applying traditional teaching and scenario simulation teaching in blood purification nursing practice teaching.Methods From April 2018 to September 2019,60 nursing students in the department were selected as the research objects,and all patients were randomly divided into a reference group and a study group,30 cases in each group,using the double-blind method.Among them,the reference group of interns used traditional teaching methods,and the study group of interns used scenario simulation teaching methods.The two groups of interns used the examination results and the evaluation of clinical teaching work.Results The scores of the operational exams(87.3±3.7)points and theoretical exams(85.4±3.5)points of the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Nursing trainees in the study group were interested in stimulating 96.67%,broadened knowledge by 93.33%,promoted comprehensive knowledge of 93.33%,improved basic operation ability by 90.00%,promoted independent learning ability by 93.33%,and improved clinical communication ability by 96.67%,all higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scenario simulation teaching in the nursing practice teaching of the blood purification center can improve the understanding of blood purification theoretical knowledge and the cognition of practical operation,and enhance the satisfaction of the clinical teaching work of the nurses in the blood purification center.
