PBL联合翻转课堂教学法在乳腺内科实习护生教学中的应用

Application of PBL Combined Flipped Classroom Teaching Method in the Teaching of Nursing Students in Breast Medicine

目的分析乳腺内科实习护生教学中应用PBL联合翻转课堂教学法的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月该院乳腺内科50名实习护生,随机分成观察组和对照组,各25名。对照组实习护生采取传统教学模式教学,观察组实习护生采用PBL联合翻转课堂教学法教学,比较两组实习护生考核成绩、教学满意度和护理能力。结果观察组实习护生实践操作技能(91.3±3.7)分、理论知识(94.4±3.6)分和教学满意度(95.2±2.8)分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组实习护生应变能力(9.4±0.6)分、问题分析能力(9.5±0.5)分、语言沟通能力(9.2±0.8)分、病房护理操作能力(9.6±0.4)分、安全宣教能力(9.3±0.7)分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乳腺内科护理教学中应用PBL联合翻转课堂教学法效果显著,可明显提升实习护生学习成绩和教学满意度,也可明显提高实习护生护理能力,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of applying PBL combined with flipped classroom teaching in the teaching of nursing students in breast internal medicine.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,50 interns in the Department of Breast Medicine in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,25 in each group.Intern nursing students in the control group were taught in traditional teaching mode,and in observation group intern nursing students were taught by PBL combined with flipped classroom teaching method.The assessment results,teaching satisfaction and nursing ability of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of practical operation skills(91.3±3.7)points,theoretical knowledge(94.4±3.6)points and teaching satisfaction(95.2±2.8)points of the interns in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Resilience(9.4±0.6)points,problem analysis(9.5±0.5)points,language communication(9.2±0.8)points,ward nursing operation ability(9.6±0.4)points,safety education ability(9.3±0.7)points higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL combined with flipped classroom teaching in breast internal medicine nursing teaching has a significant effect,which can significantly improve the academic performance and teaching satisfaction of interns,and can also significantly improve the nursing ability of interns,which is worthy of popularization and application.
