摘要
目的探究针对在乳腺外科护理教学中运用翻转课堂教学法的教学效果。方法选取2017年2月—2019年4月该院乳腺外科实习的80名学生,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40名。对照组学生采用传统教学法,观察组学生采用翻转课堂教学法。观察两组期末成绩、自主学习能力和教学满意度。结果观察组实习护生期末理论成绩(85.69±5.69)分和操作成绩(88.58±4.26)分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组实习护生合作能力(19.65±1.01)分、学习动机(29.36±1.98)分、信息素质(24.58±0.98)分和自我管理能力(41.35±1.21)分高于对照组学生(P<0.05),观察组实习护生教学满意度95.00%明显高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。结论乳腺外科护理教学中运用翻转课堂教学法,可以提升实习护生的学习效果和自主学习能力,提高教学满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of using flipped classroom teaching method in breast surgery nursing teaching.Methods A total of 80 students from February 2017 to April 2019 in the hospital for breast surgery internship were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 students in each group.Students in the control group used traditional teaching methods,while students in the observation group used flipped classroom teaching methods.Observe the final grades,independent learning ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Results The final theoretical scores(85.69±5.69)points and operation scores(88.58±4.26)points of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the observation group's cooperative ability(19.65±1.01)points,learning motivation(29.36±1.98)points,information literacy(24.58±0.98)points and self-management ability(41.35±1.21)points were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and 95.00%of the teaching satisfaction degree of interns in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group 80.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom teaching method in breast surgery nursing teaching can improve the learning effect and independent learning ability of interns,and improve teaching satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion.
