临床路径模式在介入科护理带教中的应用效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究临床路径模式在介入科护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月—2019年7月期间于该院介入科实习的66名护生,随机分成对照组、实验组,各33名。对照组实施传统带教法教学,实验组实施临床路径模式带教法教学,对比两组护生考核成绩、对带教满意度等。结果实验组护生理论成绩(36.13±2.31)分、技能成绩(36.74±1.83)分、综合能力(18.88±1.17)分、总成绩(91.75±5.24)分均高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组护生对带教教学方法满意度90.91%、教学内容满意度93.94%和带教老师满意度84.85%高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论介入科护理带教中采取临床路径模式效果颇佳,可利于护生成绩提高,并提升带教满意度,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway model in interventional nursing teaching.Methods A total of 66 nursing students who had practiced in the interventional department of the hospital from September 2018 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 33 students in each group.The control group implemented the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group implemented the clinical path model teaching method.The assessment results and the satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results The theoretical score(36.13±2.31)points,skill score(36.74±1.83)points,comprehensive ability(18.88±1.17)points,and total score(91.75±5.24)points of the experimental group of nursing students were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the experimental group of nursing students'satisfaction with teaching methods was 90.91%,teaching content satisfaction was 93.94%,and teaching teacher satisfaction was 84.85%higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical pathway model used in interventional nursing teaching has a good effect,which can improve the performance of nursing students and increase the satisfaction of teaching.It is worthy of popularization and application.
