摘要
目的探究在骨软组织科实习护生中应用阶段性目标教学联合情景模拟训练的效果。方法选取2019年2—6月期间在该院实习的54名骨软组织科实习护生作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对比组,各27名。对比组实习护生采取常规带教,研究组实习护生采取阶段性目标教学联合情景模拟训练,对比两组实习护生护理考核成绩和教学满意度。结果研究组实习护生疾病病理知识评分(91.33±1.24)分、检查方法评分(92.14±0.74)分、护理流程评分(89.44±2.36)分、护患沟通能力评分(93.87±1.41)分、临床应变能力评分(94.35±2.47)分及实践操作能力评分(92.79±2.38)分均显著高于对比组(P<0.05),研究组实习护生教学满意度96.30%显著高于对比组77.78%(P<0.05)。结论阶段性目标教学联合情景模拟训练应用在骨软组织科实习护生中的教学过程中,有助于提高实习护生专业水平和教学满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of applying staged target teaching combined with scenario simulation training in nursing students in bone and soft tissue department.Methods 54 nursing students in the bone and soft tissue department who were intern in the hospital from February to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a research group and a comparison group,with 27 students in each group.Nursing trainees in the comparison group adopt routine teaching,and interns in the research group adopt staged target teaching combined with scenario simulation training to compare the nursing assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns.Results The research group's intern nurses'disease pathological knowledge score(91.33±1.24)points,examination method score(92.14±0.74)points,nursing process score(89.44±2.36)points,nurse-patient communication ability score(93.87±1.41)points,the scores of clinical resilience score(94.35±2.47)points and practical operation ability score(92.79±2.38)points were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of nursing students in the study group was 96.30%significantly higher than that of the control group 77.78%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of staged goal teaching combined with scenario simulation training in the teaching process of bone and soft tissue interns can help improve the professional level and teaching satisfaction of interns,and it has promotion significance.
