慢性肾盂肾炎行复方丹参注射液联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗的价值

The value of compound Danshen injection combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatment of chronic pyelonephritis

目的探讨慢性肾盂肾炎患者行复方丹参注射液联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗的价值。方法 88例慢性肾盂肾炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为参照组和联合组,每组44例。参照组采用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠进行静脉滴注治疗,联合组在参照组基础上采用复方丹参注射液进行静脉滴注治疗。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效以及治疗前后转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平。结果治疗后,参照组显效率为45.45%,有效率为36.36%,无效率为18.18%,治疗总有效率为81.82%;联合组显效率为68.18%,有效率为27.27%,无效率为4.55%,治疗总有效率为95.45%;联合组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,参照组TGF-β1为(219.77±38.64)ng/L,联合组TGF-β1为(219.71±38.66)ng/L,组间比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.007, P=0.994>0.05)。治疗后,联合组TGF-β1为(113.46±26.08)ng/L,低于参照组的(197.95±25.57)ng/L,差异具有统计学意义(t=15.345,P=0.000<0.05)。结论在慢性肾盂肾炎患者的临床治疗中,复方丹参注射液联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠的疗效确切,对患者肾间质纤维化可以起到良好的延缓作用,治疗价值显著,可推广。

Objective To discuss the value of compound Danshen injection combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatment of chronic pyelonephritis.Methods A total of 88 patients with chronic pyelonephritis as study subjects were divided into reference group and combination group according to random lottery method,with 44 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium intravenously,and the combination group was treated with compound Danshen injection intravenously on the basis of the reference group.The clinical efficacy after treatment and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the excellent rate of the reference group was 45.45%,effective rate was 36.36%,ineffective rate was 18.18%,and total effective rate of treatment was 81.82%;the excellent rate of combination group was 68.18%,effective rate was 27.27%,ineffective rate was 4.55%,and total effective rate of treatment was 95.45%.The total effective rate of treatment of combination group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,TGF-β1 of reference group was(219.77±38.64)ng/L,and that of combination group was(219.71±38.66)ng/L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=0.007,P=0.994>0.05).After treatment,TGF-β1 of combination group was(113.46±26.08)ng/L,which was lower than(197.95±25.57)ng/L of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.345,P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with chronic pyelonephritis,compound Danshen injection combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium has a definite curative effect,which can delay renal interstitial fibrosis and has significant therapeutic value.This method can be popularized.
