乙酰螺旋霉素联合复方氯己定含漱液对儿童牙龈出血的治疗作用研究

Study on the therapeutic effect of acetylspiramycin combined with compound chlorhexidine gargle on gingival bleeding in children

目的研究乙酰螺旋霉素联合复方氯己定含漱液对儿童牙龈出血的治疗作用。方法选取116例牙龈出血患儿作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,各58例。对照组实施乙酰螺旋霉素治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合复方氯己定含漱液治疗。对比两组患儿临床疗效,治疗前后牙菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)水平,治疗满意度。结果实验组患儿临床总有效率为98.28%,显著高于对照组的86.21%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿PLI、SBI、GI水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿PLI、SBI、GI水平均优于治疗前,且实验组患儿PLI、SBI、GI水平均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患儿治疗总满意度98.28%显著高于对照组的86.21%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乙酰螺旋霉素联合复方氯己定含漱液在儿童牙龈出血治疗中效果显著,能够提高治疗效果,且可以改善PLI、SBI、GI水平,因而得到了患儿及其家属的广泛好评,故可推广。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of acetylspiramycin combined with compound chlorhexidine gargle on gingival bleeding in children.Methods A total of 116 children with gingival bleeding as study subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the experimental group received compound chlorhexidine gargle on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,plaque index(PLI),gingival index(GI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI)levels before and after treatment,and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 98.28%,which was significantly higher than 86.21%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in PLI,SBI and GI between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PLI,SBI and GI of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and PLI,SBI and GI of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with treatment 98.28%of the experimental group was significantly higher than 86.21%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acetylspiramycin combined with compound chlorhexidine gargle has a significant effect in the treatment of gingival bleeding in children,which can improve the treatment effect and the levels of PLI,SBI,and GI,and has been widely praised by children and their families.So it can be promoted.
