小城市公交线网优化研究——以山东潍坊高密市为例

Research on Optimization of Public Traffic Line Network in Small Cities——Taking Gaomi City,Weifang,Shandong as an example

小城市居民以中短距离出行为主,特别适宜小汽车、摩托车、电动车、自行车等个体化交通方式出行,客流少、分担率低、公交服务水平不高成为小城市常规公交的普遍特征。如何提升小城市公交服务水平和客流强度,保障公交可持续健康发展,成为小城市急需解决的问题。潍坊高密市近年来公交线网规模、客流量一直呈下降趋势,现状公交分担率不足1%,在城市交通方式结构中处于弱势地位,存在公交线网、站点覆盖不足,较多线路非直线系数过大等问题。基于完善客流走廊覆盖、连通热点区域、减少覆盖盲区、尊重居民出行习惯的发展策略对公交线网进行优化,实现高密市公交线网优化完善的目标。

Residents of small cities take the lead in medium and short distances,and are particularly suitable for personalized transportation such as cars,motorcycles,electric bicycles,etc.Low passenger flow,low sharing rate,and low level of public transport services have become common characteristics of conventional public transport in small cities.How to improve the bus service level and passenger flow intensity in small cities and ensure the sustainable and healthy development of public transport has become an urgent problem to be solved in small cities.In Gaomi City,Weifang,the scale of bus lines and passenger flow have been on a downward trend in recent years.The current bus sharing rate is less than 1%,and it is in a weak position in the urban transport mode structure.There is insufficient bus line network and station coverage,and many lines have non-linear coefficients Too large and other issues.Based on the development strategy of improving passenger flow corridor coverage,connecting hotspot areas,reducing coverage blind areas,and respecting residents'travel habits,the bus network is optimized to achieve the goal of optimizing and improving the bus network of Gaomi City.
