超低碳硅铁合格率提升实践

摘要 从生产普通硅铁冶炼过程中,由出铁期间附加炉外造渣剂,折包降低铁水温度,同时降低铁水的带渣量。炉外精炼采用低吹方式,通过氧气、压缩空气对铁水搅拌、翻滚,由氧气的氧化反应生成氧化物,促使生成的氧化物和非金属夹渣物上浮,达到脱碳、去杂的效果。 In the process of producing ordinary ferrosilicon,the slagging agent outside the furnace is added during tapping to reduce the temperature of the molten iron and reduce the amount of slag in the molten iron.The refining outside the furnace uses a low-blow method to pass oxygen and compressed air,the molten iron is stirred and tumbled,and the oxide is generated by the oxidation reaction of oxygen,which promotes the generated oxides and non-metallic slag inclusions to float to achieve the effects of decarbonization and impurity removal.
