利用Droop特性实现负荷平衡

摘要 在冷轧生产线中,当一个设备由多个变频传动控制,或者多个变频传动需要成组控制同一对象时,需要通过负荷平衡控制来分配各个电机间的负荷使其达到均匀平衡。传统的负荷平衡控制方法主要有转矩限幅控制、主从转矩控制、主从积分量控制,只能用于数量少的变频传动。当变频传动数量增多时,传统的控制方法根本无法实现负荷平衡。由于传统控制方法的局限性,因此提出了利用Droop特性实现负荷平衡的方法。Droop特性可以有效平衡数量多的变频传动负荷,以满足控制要求,提高带钢质量。 In the cold rolling production line,when one equipment is controlled by multiple variable frequency drives or multiple variable frequency drives need to control the same object in groups,the load balance control is needed to distribute the load between each motor to achieve uniform balance.The traditional load balance control methods mainly include torque limiting control,master-slave torque control and master-slave integral control,which can only be used for a small number of variable frequency drives.When the number of variable frequency drives increases,the traditional control method can not achieve load balance at all.Because of the limitation of the traditional control method,a method of load balancing based on droop characteristic is proposed.Droop characteristics can effectively balance a large number of variable frequency drive loads,so as to meet the control requirements and improve the quality of strip steel.
