摘要
目前,建筑3D打印作为这项新兴技术的一个分支备受社会关注,故提出了一种建筑3D打印机机械系统与控制系统方案。采用龙门式的结构以及链传动的传动方式设计了一种建筑用3D打印机机械结构,并利用有限元分析论证了机械方案的可行性。选用固高公司的运动控制卡对打印机控制系统进行设计,阐述了控制思路与打印流程。结论表明,3D打印技术应用于建筑行业切实可行,对于解决传统建筑行业结构单一、材料利用率低等问题具有重要意义。
Currently,as a new technology,architectural 3D printing has attracted much attention from the society.Therefore,this paper proposes a scheme of mechanical system and control system of architectural 3D printer.By adopting gantry structure and chain drive mode,a mechanical structure of 3D printer for architectural was designed,and the feasibility of the mechanical scheme was demonstrated by finite element analysis.By selecting the motion control card produced by Googoltech,a printer control system was designed,and the control idea and printing process are introduced in detail.Conclusions show that the application of 3D printing technology in construction industry is feasible,and it is of great significance to solve the problems of single structure and low utilization rate of materials in traditional construction industry.
