摘要
吊具作为航天领域地面发射支持系统的重要组成部分,承担着运载火箭各级产品的吊装转载任务。不同型号和批次的火箭的质心存在着较大偏差。为满足某型号所有批次箭体产品的水平吊装,文中通过对不同类型的箭体水平吊具的工作原理和使用方法进行研究,并对比分析了各个方案的优缺点。针对不同的被吊产品特点,设计出了可靠的箭体水平吊具质心调节方案设计流程和轴向质心调节方案,可为后续其他型号箭体水平吊具的设计提供借鉴。
As an important part of the ground launch support system in the aerospace field,spreaders play the role of hoisting and reprinting all levels of launch vehicle products.In view of the large deviation between the centroids of rockets of different models and batches,in order to meet the horizontal hoisting requirements of all batches of rocket products of a certain model,working principles and use methods of different types of horizontal spreaders for rocket bodies were studied,and advantages and disadvantages of each scheme were compared and analyzed.
