有源箝位软开关变压器型Z源逆变器

摘要 针对逆变电路中出现开关损耗和电磁干扰(EMI)问题,依托变压器型Z源逆变器,通过加入有源箝位电路,提出一种有源箝位变压器型Z源逆变器,实现了电路所有有源器件的软开关功能,降低了开关损耗和EMI的影响。根据设计需要,对一个开关周期中具体的工作模式和升-降压功能进行了研究,借助稳态分析法分析电路各部分之间的电压关系,分析具体的ZVS工作过程,推导出各开关ZVS环境的辅助电路参数条件。实验室设计1 kW实验样机波形表明:有源箝位软开关变压器型Z源逆变器可以实现大范围升压功能、同时减少开关损耗并改善EMI影响。验证了理论分析的正确性,以及所提出电路的有效性和实用性。 Aiming at the switching loss and electromagnetic interference(EMI)problems in the inverter circuit,relying on the transformer-type Z-source inverter,by adding an active clamp circuit,an active clamp transformer-type Z-source inverter was proposed.Soft switching function of all active devices were realized in the circuit,and influence of switching loss and EMI was reduced.According to the design requirements,the specific working mode and boost-buck function in a switching cycle were studied,the voltage relationship between the various parts of the circuit was analyzed with the help of steady-state analysis,the specific ZVS working process was analyzed,and the ZVS of each switch was derived.The auxiliary circuit parameter conditions of the environment was deduced.The waveform of a 1 kW experimental prototype designed in the laboratory shows that the active clamp soft-switching transformer Z-source inverter can achieve a wide range of boost functions,while reducing switching losses and improving EMI effects.The correctness of the theoretical analysis and the validity and practicability of the proposed circuit are verified.
