摘要
目的:分析大豆异黄酮对改善围绝经期女性综合征及性激素水平等方面的影响,为科学规范指导围绝经期女性营养保健提供科学依据。方法:选取80名围绝经期女性患者随机分为大豆异黄酮组和安慰剂组,于研究前、干预后3个月、6个月进行血清激素、抗氧化指标、肿瘤标志物检测及更年期自我综合征评定、疲劳量评定、焦虑和抑郁评分。结果:干预6个月后,大豆异黄酮组雌二醇(E2)水平、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH)含量与基线值的平均变化均显著高于安慰剂组(P<0.01);大豆异黄酮组促黄体生成素(LH)水平、丙二醛(MDA)含量、更年期综合征评分、疲劳评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分与基线值的平均变化均显著低于安慰剂组(P<0.01)。结论:大豆异黄酮对围绝经期女性改善围绝经期症状、维持激素水平是有效、安全的,适宜剂量的大豆异黄酮可作为围绝经期女性的营养保健手段。
Objective To observe the effects of soy isoflavones on the improvement of perimenopausal women s syndrome and sex hormone levels,so as to provide a scientific basis for the guidance of perimenopausal women s nutrition and health care.Method This study was a randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled clinical trial in which 80 perimenopausal women were randomly divided into two groups including soy isoflavones group and placebo group.Serum hormones,antioxidant markers,tumor markers,menopausal self-syndrome assessment,fatigue assessment,anxiety and depression scores were measured before the study,after 3 months and 6 months of the intervention.Result After 6 months of intervention,the mean changes of estradiol E2 level,glutathione peroxidase(GSH)content and baseline value in soybean isoflavone group were significantly higher than those in placebo group(P<0.01).The mean changes of luteinizing hormone(LH)level,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,menopausal syndrome score,fatigue score,anxiety score,depression score and baseline value in the isoflavone group were significantly lower than those in the placebo group(P<0.01).Conclusion Soy isoflavone is effective and safe for perimenopausal women to improve symptoms and maintain hormone levels,and appropriate dose of soy isoflavone can be used as a mean of nutritional health care for perimenopausal women.
