摘要
小麦(Triticum aestivuml)是世界上广泛种植的粮食作物,在逐渐提高小麦产量的同时,高产与倒伏之间的矛盾问题日益显现。木质素是一种酚类多聚体,它是维管植物细胞壁中不可忽视的重要成分,其在植物中的含量与茎秆是否具有抗倒伏性以及抗倒伏的强弱密切相关。肉桂醇脱氢酶(CAD)是木质素单体合成途径下游的一个关键酶,大部分植株木质素的总含量会在CAD活性降低或受抑制时随之降低。本文综述了肉桂醇脱氢酶基因及其在小麦抗倒伏中的研究进展,有望对小麦肉桂醇脱氢酶基因的克隆表达分析及其对小麦抗倒伏的影响作用奠定基础。
Wheat(Triticum aestivuml)is a widely cultivated crop in the world.The production of wheat is highly increasing in recent years.However,high yield in wheat often causes lodging.Lignin is a phenolic polymer.It is an important component of vascular plant cell walls,and its content in plants is closely related to lodging resistance.Cinnamol alcohol dehydrogenase(CAD)is a key enzyme of downstream about lignin monomer synthesis pathway.The total lignin content of most plants will decrease with CAD activity decreased or inhibited.This paper reviewed the effects of CAD gene on lodging resistance of wheat.It may help the cloning and expression analysis of CAD gene and its further impacts on wheat lodging resistance in the future.
