企业家精神、政府支持与军工企业技术创新效率

Entrepreneurship,Government Support and Technological Innovation Efficiency of Military Enterprises

以2011—2017年75家军工上市企业的面板数据为样本,通过建立面板Tobit模型和门槛回归模型探讨了企业家精神、政府支持与技术创新效率之间的关系。研究发现:地区企业家精神越丰富,军工上市企业的技术创新效率就越高;政府支持不仅没有提高企业的技术创新效率,反而起到了负面作用,但在企业家精神富有的地区,该负面作用有所减弱;企业自有研发投入越多,技术创新效率就越高,该促进效果在企业家精神表现微弱的地区有所减弱。

This paper used the panel data of 75 listed military companies from 2011 to 2017 as the sample,and explored the influencing mechanism among entrepreneurship,government support and technical innovation efficiency by establishing panel Tobit model and threshold regression model.The study found that,the richer the entrepreneurial spirit in the region was,the higher the technological innovation efficiency of listed military companies was.However,government support exerted a negative effect on technological innovation efficiency,which was weaker in the regions with richer entrepreneurship.Moreover,higher R&D investment could produce higher efficiency of technical innovation,which was weaker in regions with defective entrepreneurship.
