农村居民节能管理行为研究——基于双栏模型的实证分析

A Study of Energy-saving Management Behavior of Rural Residents—An Empirical Analysis Based on the Double Hurdle Model

引导农村居民在生活用能时进行节能管理对于促进农村生态文明建设至关重要。本文采用江西省农村居民的调查数据,运用双栏模型实证分析了农村居民节能管理意愿与节能管理行为的影响因素。研究结果表明:行为控制感知、节能态度、能源价格感知对农村居民节能管理意愿有显著的正向影响,而舒适偏好对农村居民节能管理意愿有显著的负向影响;节能习惯、节能态度、能源价格政策效度、年龄对农村居民节能管理行为有显著的正向影响,而舒适偏好和面子文化对农村居民节能管理行为有显著的负向影响。为促进农村居民实施节能管理行为,政府应积极引导农村居民培养节能习惯,提高农村居民的能源价格政策认知度,鼓励农村居民应用新能源。

It is of great significance to guide rural residents to manage energy conservation when they use energy in their daily life to promote the construction of rural ecological civilization.Based on the survey data of rural residents in Jiangxi Province,this paper employed the Double Hurdle Model(DHM)to analyze influencing factors of rural residents'willingness and behavior to implement energy-saving management.The results show that behavior control perception,energy saving attitude and energy price perception have significant positive influence on rural residents'energy saving management intention,while comfort preference has significant negative influence on rural residents'energy saving management intention.Energy-saving habits,energysaving attitudes,energy price perception,energy price policy validity and age have significant positive effects on rural residents'energy-saving management behavior,while comfort preference and face culture have significant negative effects on rural residents'energy-saving management behavior.In order to promote the management of energy conservation in rural residents,the government of China should actively guide rural residents to develop energy-saving habits,improve their awareness of energy price policy,and encourage rural residents to use new energy.
