摘要
玻璃盖板可以有效提高光伏/光热一体化(PV/T)组件的热性能。文章分别采用超白压延玻璃和超白浮法玻璃作为盖板,设计了两种基于吹胀式集热器的多晶硅PV/T组件,并对由两种组件构成的PV/T系统进行了户外对比实验研究。结果表明:使用超白压延玻璃盖板PV/T系统的电效率为13.83%,热效率为48.56%;使用超白浮法玻璃盖板PV/T系统的电效率和热效率均略低于前者,分别为13.15%和47.99%。由此可见,采用超白压延玻璃作为PV/T组件的盖板可以增强PV/T系统的性能。
The glass cover can effectively improve the thermal performance of photovoltaic/thermal(PV/T)modules.In this paper,two kinds of polysilicon PV/T modules based on roll-bond thermal collectors were designed by using ultra-clear rolling and ultra-clear float glasses as covers,while the two PV/T systems were comparatively studied under the outdoor condition.Experimental results showed that the electrical and the thermal efficiencies of PVT systems were 13.83%,13.15%and 48.56%,47.99%,with the ultra-clear rolling glass and ultra-clear float glass covers,respectively.Therefore,the performance of the PV/T system can be enhanced by using ultra clear rolling glass as the cover glass of the PV/T module.
