摘要
为提高垂直轴风力机的风能利用率,改善其输出特性,文章首先在NACA0012翼型压力面后部布置粗糙带,以粗糙元高度、间距高度比以及叶片安装角作为3个影响因素进行正交设计;然后通过风洞实验和数值模拟相结合的方法进行对比验证。验证结果表明:粗糙元高度对风力机功率系数的影响比间距高度比大;粗糙带可显著提升风力机的扭矩系数,最高可提升33%;粗糙带可有效提高风力机的起动性能,当风速为6 m/s时,与光滑翼型风力机相比,平均静态扭矩系数可提高49%。
In order to improve the efficiency of wind energy utilization and output characteristics of vertical axis wind turbine,a rough belt is arranged at the back of NACA0012 airfoil pressure surface.Firstly,the height of rough element,the ratio of spacing and height and the installation angle of blade are taken as three factors for orthogonal design,and then the wind tunnel experiment and numerical simulation are used to verify the results.The results show that the influence of rough element height on the power factor of wind turbine is greater than that of pitch height ratio;rough belt can significantly improve the torque factor of wind turbine,up to 33%;rough belt can effectively improve the starting performance of wind turbine,and the average static torque factor can be increased by 49%compared with smooth airfoil wind turbine at 6 m/s wind speed.
