摘要
随着我国铁路的发展建设,铁路负债规模不断攀升,未来一段时间铁路投资仍然处于高位,且新建项目多属合资公司,给企业债务风险防范带来较大压力。探讨了合资铁路公司经营情况及债务风险成因,提出通过建立企业债务风险预警机制和动态管控机制来防范合资铁路公司企业债务风险。
With the development and construction of railway in China,the scale of railway debt is rising.The railway investment will stay at a high level in the future,and the new projects are mostly joint ventures,which bring great pressure to the prevention of enterprise debt risk.This article discusses the operation of railway joint venture and the causes of debt risk,and puts forward the establishment of early warning mechanism and dynamic control mechanism to prevent debt risk in railway joint venture companies.
