An Analysis on Spanish Film Industry and Support Policy

自1977年取消独裁时期电影审查制度后,西班牙电影行业经历了40多年的曲折发展。在多年摸索中,西班牙的电影扶持政策法规逐步完善。2007年《电影法》的颁布,奠定了电影扶持的基本法律框架,标志着西班牙现代电影扶持政策法规体系的基本成型。这个扶持体系的两个重要方面:一是扶持女性电影从业人员;二是鼓励国际合拍电影。对女性电影人的扶持是国内政治、法律和文化发展的内在要求。开展海外合拍电影的重点则在于和伊比利亚美洲国家合拍西班牙语电影。

After the abolishment of film censorship during the dictatorship in 1977, Spanish film industry has experienced more than 40 years of tortuous development. Along with its exploration, Spain’ s film support policies and regulations have been gradually improved. The film law launched in 2007 established the basic legal framework for film support and marked the formation of modern Spanish film support system. In this system, two aspects have been highlighted: one is the support for female film professionals, and the other is the support for overseas co-production films. The support for female filmmakers complies with the internal requirements of domestic political, legal and cultural development in Spain and the support for overseas co-productions focuses on the cooperation with Ibero-American countries in making Spanish-language films.
